DRINKS.BID is an online platform where venues can discover and select drinks suppliers that meet their specific needs, through a competitive bidding process for drink listings.
When a venue is looking to review it’s house pour contract or update it’s drinks list, it will post it’s requirements on DRINKS.BID. Suppliers will then bid including pricing, promotional support and any other relevant information to support their bid. The venue will then select the best bid and an agreement will be put in place.
The platform offers free access to both Venues and Brands, with the option to upgrade to premium services for an additional fee.
DRINKS.BID can be used only by authorised persons who are in a position to negotiate and sign contracts on behalf of Venues or Brands.
We strongly encourage Venues to clearly state their main terms and negotiate directly with Brands’ representatives before choosing the winning bid. DRINKS.BID does not provide legal counsel to the parties at present, but in future we plan to have a standard contract template that parties can use as the base for their agreement.
We are working hard to launch beta-version of the platform in Estonia where we will test main features of the platform. if initial tests are successful then we plan to gradually roll it across Europe and other parts of the world that will express interest in our services.
